Clarity Call
After completing your Welcome Guide, you'll schedule your Clarity Call with me. This is where we talk through your vision and goals, and together outline a realistic, strategic plan tailored to your business and what you need your website to do.
Week 1: Design & Development
This is a collaborative process. We'll start with a brief kickoff call, and from there, communication stays open and decisions are shared. No mysteries, no surprises. By the end of the week, you'll receive a full preview of your site to review.
Week 2: Final Touches
Every project is different, so I stay flexible and work at a pace that fits you. You'll share your thoughts and revision requests, I'll make the changes, and we'll keep refining together until you're completely happy. Then we launch by the end of the week.
Post-Launch Support
Your finished site isn't just a deliverable — it's a solution designed with care and intention. I'll be here for support during the first 30 days without any service fees. Now comes the best part: celebrating your launch and sharing your new site with everyone.

I take on one design project at a time so you get my complete focus. That's also why I book at least a month out — it gives you space to gather your materials and allows me to be fully present for your project. If the technical side feels overwhelming or you're not sure where to start, don't worry. That's exactly why I'm here. This process is collaborative, and I'm available to answer questions and support you along the way.

Once you submit your request to work together, you'll receive a welcome email that begins our journey. Inside your Welcome Guide, you'll find everything you need to get started — a clear overview of next steps, what to expect during our time together, and how to prepare. You'll review your invoice, sign the contract, make your first payment, and complete a thoughtful onboarding questionnaire designed to help me understand your vision. At the end of the guide, you'll schedule your Clarity Call — our first conversation to align on goals and ensure we're creating something that truly resonates. And with that foundation in place, we're ready to create.
