What platforms do you use to build websites?

I have experience in several platforms, but Squarespace is the one I use for my own website and for most of my clients. There are many options and the best one for you will depend on how you run your business. This is one of the first things we will establish when we begin your project.
How do I get started?

Getting started is simple. Go here to complete the inquiry form and start your journey. Once you submit your request, you will receive an email with your welcome packet where you complete the onboarding questionnaire, pay your deposit, and schedule your clarity call.

How do you build websites in such a short period of time?

Two weeks - not bad! This is a short working time, but what truly helps the project go so smoothly is the preparation. Having everything ready to go for the project start date sets us up for success and that is why there is a month’s time between booking and the project start - to give you time to gather assets, write copy, establish branding, etc. Remember, we are building with intention, not urgency.

Shortly after you submit your request to work together, you will receive an email with a link to your welcome packet. The welcome packet will walk you through each step of our process, so that you have clear expectations. You will complete an in-depth questionnaire and then schedule our first meeting where we discuss the details of your project, share any questions, go over expectations, define success, and how to prepare the best we can for the project start.

How do i update text or images on my site?

Squarespace makes editing simple. Just click "Edit" in the top left corner, then click directly on any text block or image to change it. You can drag and drop new images, adjust text, and rearrange sections. Remember to hit "Save" in the upper right when you're done.
How do i add a new page or blog post?

To add a new page, go to "Pages" in the left menu, click the + icon, and choose your page type. For blog posts, navigate to your blog page, click "Write a Post," and start creating. You can schedule posts in advance or publish immediately.
Can I change fonts, colors, or spacing?

Yes — but tread carefully. Go to "Design" > "Site Styles" to adjust fonts, colors, and spacing. Small tweaks are fine, but major changes can shift the entire design. If you're unsure, reach out before making big changes.
How do I connect my domain or email?

If your domain is registered elsewhere, you'll connect it through "Settings" - "Domains" - "Use a Domain I Own." Follow the prompts to update DNS settings. For custom email (like hello@yourdomain.com), you'll need to set up Google Workspace or another email provider through Squarespace.
Can i add custom code or integrations?

Yes, but it depends on your plan. Business and Commerce plans allow custom code injections and third-party integrations. You can add code through "Settings" > "Advanced" > "Code Injection" or within individual page settings. If you're not comfortable with code, reach out before adding anything.
